How to join the Editing and Deliberations of the Events, including with Skype meetings afterwards ?
1. You need to dispose of an own-domain site, where you create a folder codenamed 'waq'. Example: www.yourname.com/waq/
The domain can be on an entity as well, however every document should bear the name and e-mail of a physical person, legally representing the entity.
2. Create an 8-lettercode, all small caps. Example: fvdgehej
3. Create a Model Page, Table-file and Presentation-file, coded with your name and code. Examples to replicate: here.
4. Create, per topic, a webpage, coded sd0200.+ same code as the corresponding SocietalSystem-Page.
Example: www.yourname.com/waq/sd0202.29102015.feu.fvdgehej.html
5. A number of Pages are being prepared by SocietalSystem and availble for download and replication on one's own-domain site.
Every participant can create new Topic Pages and Files, and submit them to the relevant Deliberation Team.
6. Every major Topic becomes the object of a separate subsite, with own access codes.
Objective is that every Topic is moderated by one person, who gets access to the Dossier codes on the SocietalSystem-Server.
7. Personal opinions, questions and comments have to be published on the participants' own-domain site page.
SocietalSystem only inserts a link to these sites, with a one-line description of the content, agreed upon by the participant and the Topic Moderator.
No links are inserted on the SocietalSystem-Platform to other than own-domain sites.
8. Please read the SocietalSystem-Communication and Deliberation Deontology Site.
Proposals to update, or change any SocietalSystem-Site or Document itself can be submitted for deliberation at the SocietalSystem Deliberation Forum.
