1. an open, well-structured and collaborative platform for information, research, deliberations and socio-economy solutions on one hand, SocietalSystem ( StS )  Complex
2. and, on the other hand, a meta-network of personal and professional own-domain sites + offline sets, that are pre-formatted to interact proactively with the SocietalSystem ( StS ) complex.
The SocietalSystem platform can be powered by the enterprises group team.blue
The Own-Domains Network can be coordinated by the enterprises group team.blue, but is proposed to be hosted, per world country or region, by local hosting enterprises.
