Sector Real Estate Societal Workshops.

SocietalSystem is offering 1-Day and 3-to-5 Days Workshops for real estate professionals, 
individual or in small groups of 5 to 10.
Português, English, Français, Nederlands, % Deutsch
Programs are organized in the South-West Portugal region, and can as well be organized elsewhere in Portugal and in the world.
The programs are administered by StS-Staf along with Real Estate Consultants. 
Related professional organizations, Universities, Polytechnic Institutions and other Training Institutions of the given regions, 
are invited to co-conceive and organize these innovative initiatives. 
Similar programs are being organized for the Sectors of Construction, Equipments for Regional Socio-economy Networks, indeed dozens of sectors, 
Producers of Regional-Local Products and Services, etc. all cross-over connected.
In this sense a series of Societal Expo-Congresses are being projected, possibly starting in Aljezur, Algarve, Portugal.

Workshop Program Components and Sessions, adapted per case
One or more days can be inserted between the Sessions, in order to leave space for negotiations and consultations
1. Overview of the Societal, specially Socio-economic, Situation, of the given Geo-Territorial area of the Agent. See Table + Presentation
2. Inventory of the missing Micro-Commerces and Services, and Non-explored Large and Small Agro-Forestry Plots, per Neighborhood and Villages. See Table + Presentation
3. Inventory of all Objects per Real Estate Agent that matches. See Table + Presentation
3a. One or more estates that match the requirements of one or more of the missing Micro-Entities. See Table + Presentation
3b. One or more plot estates thatmatches the requirements of the non-explored Large and surrounding Small Agro-Forestry plots,
possible object of rural socio-economy projects. See Table + Presentation
4. Preliminary indication of the possible uses of the selected estate objects. See Table + Presentation
5. Consultation with the Owners of the estate objects about the interest in the application of a Socio-economy Project on their property.
6. Elaboration of a StS-Dossier. See Table + Presentation
