Societal Salary System Panergetic Bonus-Malus.
A disruptive innovation initiative.

SocietalSystem intends for its related entities to apply a Societal Salary System, including Panergetic Bonus-Malus,
inducing proactive citizenship and sustainable way of life and work.

Example Portugal

Official Minimum Wage, 2017: 570 € net
Panergetic Bonusses include:
* No personal car, only carshare: + 10 € / month
* Buying Consuming 50+ % of food locally grown, from the season: + 10 € /month
* Never smoking: + 10 € / month
* Only socially ocasionally consuming alcohol: + 10 €
* Vegetarian diet: + 10 € / month
* Not using social media, only Own-Domain Site+Set: +10 €
* Practicing naturism in appropriate environment: + 10 € / month
* Walking 3 km per day or equivalent physical work: + 10 € / month
* Going asleep at night at latest 23h: + 10 € / month
* No air flight last calendar year:
+ 10 € / month
* Participar em deliberações iniciativas societais locais: + 20 € / month
* Proactively avoid buying goods with superfluous packaging: + 10 € / month
Suggest another Bonus ....

StS-Staff Members with a monthly salary of more than 1.000 € would recieve bonusses of 7 € per month, etc.
Staff Members with net salary of more than 2.000 € would have a malus of 20 € in case of not-applying some of the above items.

The point is that anyone applying the given features will save even more,
in time, space, energy, health, human relations, etc.
The impact to the whole of society, if practiced by a large part of any region, will be staggering.
On quality of life, reduced corrective expeses in general, etc.


External entities applying this system to their staff get a 25 % discount on all StS-Services.
They would get an extra 25 % for applying a number of features as reinvesting at least 25 % of net profits,
investing, in cluster formulas, another 25 % of net profit in societal projects in the South,
commiting to buy at maximum regionally if there are local offers, etc.

Every entity applying one or more of the above bonusses to their staff
receives a free text Link in the StS-Platform, per bonus / month / staff member ....
No money involved, nothing to sign, only the commitments to publish online in their website.

Important Note
No Bonus or Malus can be linked to matters of gender, personal material wealth, religious and other beliefs, sexual orientation,
ethnics, race, nationality, or political ideology or party affiliation, only practices with panergetic impact.
